Precision Machining
We understand your exact requirements when it comes to Precision Machining
Stepping into the 20th century, the complexity of equipment and machinery soared. Conventional processes struggled to produce high-precision parts, rendering manual machining inadequate for the evolving needs of the manufacturing industry. In 1952, the revolutionary CNC milling machine was introduced, ushering in a new era of technological marvel.
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining harnesses the power of computer-controlled machine tools operating under numerical directives to fabricate intricately complex parts. This innovative process allows customization of various parameters such as feed rate, machining location, speed, and coordination, tailored to meet the specific requirements of each part.
Materials
Alloy steel, m.s.steel, aluminium, brass, phosphorus bronze, magnesium, nickel, steel, zinc, titanium, and many alloys, as well as polymers, can all be CNC machined
Tolerances
CNC machining tolerances may vary depending on the material and CNC machine type. The typical tolerance standard is set to ±0.005″/0.13mm, but most CNC processes can have even tighter tolerances. For more details on the tolerances of each CNC process, please refer to the sections below.
